We will gladly exchange or return regular-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery (items must be postmarked within this time frame), and offer an exchange on all items returned within 28 days of delivery. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged and all original tags must be attached. Items purchased with discount promo codes are subject to our sale-priced merchandise policy and are ineligible for refunds.
We will gladly exchange sale-priced merchandise within 14 days of delivery (items must be postmarked within this time frame). These items are not eligible for returns. This includes items purchased with discount codes. Merchandised must not be washed, worn or damaged and all original tags must be attached. Items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged.
In situations where our sale-priced return policy is ignored and discounted items are returned to our warehouse for refunds without exchange requests, these orders will be subject to a $15 restocking fee per item. Please note as per the above, all sale-priced and discounted merchandise are ineligible for refunds and may only be exchanged. The dollar value being refunded will be reduced by the total restocking fee.
We will only return or exchange items purchased on ca.mavi.com. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores and specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. We do not refund shipping charges unless you were sent incorrect items.

RETURN & EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

All you need to return or exchange an item is already in your order box! Here’s how:
1. Place the items to be returned or exchanged into the original order box along with the completed return and exchange form.
If this form is not completed and put into the box we may not be able to identify the sender (you) and will not be able to process your return or exchange request.
2. Securely seal the box.
3. Stick the prepaid UPS return label over the original shipping label on the order box. Ensure that the barcode of the old label is completely covered.
4. Drop the box off to your local UPS location (look up your nearest location here) or schedule a pick up by calling UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or by clicking here to schedule one online.
We will notify you when your return or exchange has been processed (not upon receipt). You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided to you by UPS when they receive your box. This will be the same number included on return shipping labels that begin with '1Z'. Please find information regarding return and exchange processing time here.
If you are sending back a second exchange for the same initial order, you will have to cover the cost to ship the items back to us. Shipping the second set of items from our warehouse to you is free. Please mail all second time exchanges to this address:

1. Visit one of our 3 Mavi store locations during regular store hours to return or exchange your items.
2. Complete the return and exchange form included with your order and give it to the store staff along with the item you want to exchange or return. Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in our stores without this form.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Your refund will be processed within 10-15 business days from the time UPS receives your returned item. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Once we have processed your refund we will send you an email confirmation. Please be sure to include your completed return and exchange form in the box with your returned item.

Your exchange will be processed within 10-15 business days from the time UPS receives your returned item. Once we receive your returned item and have shipped your replacement item, we will send you an email confirmation. Please be sure to complete the return and exchange form included in your original order so that we know what to exchange your item with.
