On behalf of everyone at Mavi, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. In these difficult times, we want to reassure you that we are taking every precaution and that we consider this a very serious matter. The majority of our office staff, including our customer support teams, will be working remotely.Ā 

Our online store will remain open as usual and we have extended our return policy by an additional two weeks. Please be patient with us while we prepare and pack your order. In order to keep our warehouse a safe place for our staff, we are operating at a reduced capacity.

Canada Post continues to pick up our orders on a daily basis however, due to significant increases in parcel volumes and operational changes made to safeguard their staff from COVID-19, Canada Post has suspended normal delivery guarantees for their parcel service. Shipping timesĀ willĀ take longer thanĀ our regular shipment windows, particularly for the Toronto, MontrĆ©al and Vancouver areas.
