Returns & Exchanges


Regular Priced Merchandise

We will provide a full refund within 30 days of delivery and offer store credit on all items returned within 42 days of delivery. Merchandise must not be worn, washed or damaged and all the original tags must be attached. We do not refund shipping charges unless you received incorrect items.

Sale Merchandise

Sale-priced merchandise is not eligible for a refund, we will provide store credit for sale-priced, discounted merchandise and items purchased with discount codes within 30 days of delivery (this excludes the Welcome15 discount code as a refund will be provided). Merchandise must not be worn, washed or damaged and all the original tags must be attached.

Final Sale

All items that have been modified at the customers request including maternity panels and hemming. E-gift cards and face masks are also final sale.

Damaged Merchandise

Please contact us at prior to returning the damaged / defective item to inform our team of the issue.




To initiate a return, you will need your order number and the email address that you placed the order with. The order number cam be found in your confirmation email.

  1. Visit our Returns Center page here.
  2. Press the START MY RETURN button, you will be prompted to enter your order number and email address.
  3. Select the items from you order that you will be returning and select a reason for each of these items.
  4. Select the ‘Original Payment Method’ if it is a regular priced item or ‘Store Credit’ if it is a sale-priced item.
  5. Place the items that you are returning to us in the original order bag and seal it with tape.
  6. You will be emailed a Canada Post return shipping label in PDF format. Please print this label and attach it to your package. Please take note of the tracking number on the shipping label if you would like to track your order back to us.
  7. Drop the package off at any Canada Post location.
  8. Once you have dropped your package off at the shipping carrier, please allow 10-15 days for the return to be processed.


Only orders that have been purchased with Visa, Mastercard or Amex can be returned to the stores, the stores cannot accept orders that were placed with PayPal or E-gift cards.

Visit one of our 4 official Mavi store locations (official Mavi stores are only located in Vancouver) during regular store hours to return or exchange your item. If you are exchanging an item at the store and you decide to take store credit instead, please note that the store credit issued at the store can only be used in our stores and not on our website.


Refund / Store Credit Processing Time

Your refund / store credit will be processed within 10-15 days from the time that the shipping carrier receives your returned item, once the refund / store credit has been processed we will send you an email confirmation.

As we take extra precautions to keep our team safe, it may take us slightly longer than the usual (10-15 days) to issue your refund / store credit. We appreciate your patience during this time.
