Too small. Know your size before buying online

"The jacket sizing is inconsistent. I ordered a Large and it fit perfectly but I was worried about shrinkage after a wash and decided to return it for XL. The XL I received was smaller than the L I got. Since I don’t live in BC, I have to wait for an e giftcard to retry again otherwise I can’t get a full return on a sale item. Such a shameful policy. Think twice before buying an item online unless you know the size or buy full price to get a full return if you’re unsure of sizing."
